Payments

  • Online payment via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD (or any other agreed currency) is accepted.
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed by the laws of the USA.
  • Your privacy is important to us. All details will be kept confidential.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • United State of America is our country of domicile.
  • Age under 18 years are prohibited to register as a User of the website and are not allowed to do any transaction online.
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Delivery Policy

  • Processing of orders is within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the authorized payment.
  • Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Unless UPS 2nd day air is requested. Shipping times will vary from country to country depending on customs clearance procedures.
  • The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery of orders may vary if available in stock.
  • Upon shipping out the item, a tracking number from UPS will be provided by our friendly customer service team.
  • All customer is responsible to track his/her shipment. For any delay, loss, or mishandling of the item, Elevated Essentials will not be responsible.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations Policy

Photo Requirement for Claims

For all claims, Elevated Essentials requires clear photos of both the packaging and all contents of the package. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected for use.

Broken or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it can be returned. Please contact us at customerservice@elevatedessentials.shop to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, Elevated Essentials will verify the missing items and ship them to you once the claim is confirmed. To start the missing items inquiry process, please contact us at customerservice@elevatedessentials.shop.

Package Delivered But Not Received

Elevated Essentials is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. These cases must be managed directly via your online store. We do not provide refunds or replacements for such claims.

Wrong Address Entered

If an incorrect address was provided, Elevated Essentials can attempt to have the package returned to the sender. However, the retailer will be responsible for any additional carrier fees. If the package cannot be returned, the retailer will need to manage the situation independently, either by holding the customer accountable or re-entering the order.

Other Returns (e.g., Customer Changed Their Mind, Wrong Size)

Returns due to customer preferences (e.g., changed mind, wrong size) are not managed by Elevated Essentials. These cases must be handled directly via your online store. Elevated Essentials does not offer refunds or replacements for these returns.

Cancellations Prior to Shipping

Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled. Please note that Elevated Essentials charges a $5 processing fee for cancellations.
